Shanika L. Glass is the founder of Lets Work Tax & Consulting Group LLC – an Atlanta, GA based business specializing in income tax preparation and notary services. As a tax professional, Shanika has helped individuals and families navigate the US Tax Code, while also assisting with complex budgeting and auditing issues. Her years of experience and on-going tax education enable her to solve the most complex tax issues and disputes.
Prior to starting her own firm, Shanika worked in the public sector as a Training Manager for MARTA for more than 10 years. Shanika received her Associates Degree in Transportation Management from Georgia Piedmont College in 2010. She also earned a Chartered Financial Consultant certification from the American College of Financial Services in 2020 and is accredited by the State of Georgia as a Tax Preparer and Notary Public. She is a member of McDonough Empowerment Center, an organization that consist of a network of women making changes in the community by providing resources and training.
Shanika lives and works in Atlanta with her family and is passionate about using her business as a platform to provide personal development and financial management learning opportunities to underprivileged individuals of the community. She understands that in order to grow and expand yourself into new territories, you must be open to expanding your mind and teachings you have not been exposed to previously. Her ultimate goal is to educate the community and work one on one with families to break generational curses.
